Embershard Legends

Embershard Legends is the kind of mobile RPG we hoped mobile RPGs would become. You build a party of four, each with a proper skill tree, and combat is turn-based with a positioning twist that rewards planning. The story about a fading kingdom is nothing revolutionary, but the writing has warmth and the side quests aren't just fetch tasks.

Progression is generous without being mindless. Leveling opens real choices, and respeccing costs little, so experimenting with builds is encouraged. We sank around thirty hours in before the main story wrapped, and there's still a post-game dungeon we haven't cracked.
